Help radio randomly dies!!

I was driving the other day and about every five minutes my radio would die, restart and play the previous station for about five minutes than die again. It was about 95 degrees outside and I have a RB4 radio and I don't know what caused this. I have had my wires moved by the dealer previously due to a heating issue underhood. Has anyone else experienced something like this?

I would just say its a bad radio... Sure you can get into trying to diagnosing it (check to see if the power, ground, and communication wire is good) but I will already just replace the radio

Someone had a problem similar to your. It kept giving a dead battery warning. I will try a search.
