Help with downloading pictures

I am trying to attach pictures to my thread and I have tried the symbol next to the white smiley face it says file is larger than allowed so I went to Photobucket down loaded the pics but dont know how to attach to the thread. Any help?

cut and past the bottom code into the tread....the one you want starts with "[IMG"

If you have a pic in photobucket .... Go to the pic .. Point to it with cursor and 3 fields will highlight under the pic. Click into the bottom link, right mouse button COPY ...
Go to thread, or post. Place cursor where you want the pic, and hit CTRL+V to paste it into your post or thread.
