help with volant intake

I am thinking of removing the snokel on the volant intake, would this help or hurt the intake, I notice that no other CAI has one. If I do this should I plug off the whole.

it would just make it into a reg. cold air intake. i would say yeah on pluggin the hole. it would suck in hot engine air & let out the force air from the grill

you should get rid of it and buy one from justin i had volant wasnt happy justins way better.

I had a volant and took mine off too.No problems at all.I left the hole open.
Its getting hot air regardless if the hole is plugged or not.Ended up selling it and putting on Justins with catch can.looks alot better IMO.
