It was not just the gear changes, it was also when they hit the spray.

If you go frame by frame you can see the rear suspension resets about 10-15 feet off the line and that is when they started spraying.

They could not have had any rear brake calipers on the truck to fit the wheels that were on the truck for the pass.

is that why you are doing what you did to yours????:dontknow:
but that vid look pretty good.... compare to when Nowwhat ranned...his is all go with no dropping the rear???:D

The true race 4 link set up will put down much more HP to the ground than the leaf spring set up.

Guys with big 1000-1200 HP trucks are spinning the entire track length.

Mikes old truck got loose on top, the Tank has a lot better ET (better than 10.73) in it, if it can be hooked up.
 
My set up will not be a true race 4 link, but it should be better than stock. I hope it will pull better numbers than those of guys with more hp than mine. We will see in a few months.
