Okay so earlier this afternoon I see that the "dusting" was easing up. I told my daughter Angelica that the snow may be falling a little now but it certainly wouldn't stick to the ground and whatever thin film that builds up with quickly melt. I mean this is Houston and snow NEVER happens. Well we go inside and remain there for a couple hours until OSO tells me it's snowing pretty hard outside. I go out there with my daughter and (mind you she's never seen snow before) to her amazement there's ample snow on the ground. Her eyes twinkled like the snow flakes that fell on my cheeks. She tried with her little gloves to collect some snow. Me being sure she doesn't know what she's doing, I don't pay her any mind and started shoveling snow from my driveway for the hell of it.. I didn't watch as she managed to ball up a nice sized snowball then POW!!! She hit me straight in the head with a big, cold, unforgiving, round and frosty projectile. WTF?? She laughed so damn hard she couldn't breathe right. I wish this weather could have waited for Christmas day.
