How are you even driving? You have to be 16 to get your licence here in Canada. After you pass your first test, you acquire your Learners permit, which allows you to drive, but only with a parent or gaurdian in the car with you. That goes on for 2 years, then after that you take your Novice test, which allows you to drive on your own, but with limitations. 2 years after that you are able to get your full class 5 liscence. Lol, blows my mind

In Idaho you can get your permit at 14/6months and at 15 you can get your daylight license.
