So after 7 months of having my red devil I finally get pulled over today but totally b.s. had my cruise control set at 75 the butt hole after walking around my truck he asked why was I doing 78 I told him I had it set at 75 and I handed over my licenses he brought back a ticket and smiled so I asked him next time I go to the track If I can use his radar.

You admitted guilt when you said you were doing 75. Never do that.
I am assuming the speed limit was 70 so you were speeding.

Yea its going to be thrown out I deployed with the judge's son I just hate the fact the dude was lying I mean come at least he could have waited to catch me doing some real speeding

Yea its a BS ticket. Maybe he was hoping to get you for something else? Tint, loud exhaust.. who knows
Usually here your safe 5 over. Some towns won't even give you that. 1 over and you will get the ticket.

I had a lighting pass me yesterday ..that thing had to just have straight
Pipes on it ..since I'm here in the great state of Ca was suprised that he would drive
It around.

mine was cut off under the cab and I never got a ticket for it. I got a 75 in a 70 ticket though.
