Steve, my Digital 4300K 9008 HID kit arrived today in good condition and appears to be of very high quality. It will be installed in the next couple days.

My kit is supposed to replace the headlights. I amgoing to decide on replacing the fog lamps after installing these.

No this kit has ballasts, new wiring, and new bulbs.
