small black box with wires coming out of it, or into it depending on how you look at it. 
you dont need a relay......you need a resistor.... ive done 11 sets of hid on dodge rams and some chargers with no problems .... they look like this
where can i get these resisters from?
resistors is futile
is that the same plug you have on your ballast???
