I didn't get robbed, that's what the warranty had to pay to build be a new motor since there are ZERO long blocks around anymore from Dodge

Yep, dropped a couple valves and killed the motor

Warranty is paying for it now, truck is at dealership

Know the feeling all too well. Carmax warranty went out at 48k miles. Dropped a valve on the #10 cylinder @ 60k miles and the rest of my story is $$$ out of pocket. Prob $12-14$k into a Striker/Cam rebuild. Dealership tried to rip me off, so I pulled the motor & trans and decided to buy the parts and find a local builder.
