Their are different types of saddles ,for different types of rideing. Like, ropeing saddles, pleasure , saddle bronk, barrel raceing, bareback and so on. It all depends on how he works his horse. Let me know and i can give u the name, phone # for a man that has been hand making them for 58 years. I still have the bareback riging he made for me 32 years ago, shes been in over 5732 event rides, and never broke.:ridinghorse: :ridinghorse:
