[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0sHGhceuXBM]Monty and Zach Weeks in back to back runs at the Houston Mile 2013 - YouTube[/ame]

I ran 140.1, only video I got is this one. My gopro corrupted my sd card so mine wasn't working. That's 5 mph faster than I ran last time at the mile, would have been a 165+ mile. My dad ran his Honda Rune 109.9. New fuel system performed awesome.

I made 7, when I would go to run there was only 10ish ppl in line. The lines were longer in the morning.

ya should pull your antenna and mirrors and put the camera inside and tape up your seams and off the entire front end you would pick up some good speed doing that.

That was the plan, but I didn't have time. My battery swelled up and melted on the way there(4:30am) I figured I f-ed some wiring up, so I had it towed to the track on a flat bed. Once there I TRIPLE checked every thing and found no shorts. My GF brought me a new battery around 8am and everything worked fine. I normaly pull mirrors, wipers, seats, and tape off.

Why can't we have anything like that here!

We have 4 per year here in texas I hit all of them. They all offer hotels, restaurants, or camping. In Beeville for the Mile event they allow overnight camping on site. In april Texas mile I camped next to some people from Canada that towed there GT40 down 2500+ miles.

Well lets make an event of it, My truck is in the shop right now getting built for the mile, the plan is to run this fall ... only problem with the tex mile you have about 2 minutes to register when the open up the docket for that weekend before its full.. it fills up insanely quick..
