Hovercraft progress

Some of you asked for progress on restoring my hovercraft.
I got the first coat of paint on it this weekend. Now onto more wetsanding and then final coat next weekend.

First coat of paint. Still need to do the fan duct.

Once done, should look like this.

Yea, its a blast. You get all the boats parked at the sandbars. I just go riding right up on it and stop. That and when everyone is sitting waiting in line to get boats out at the ramp. I drive right up the ramp, out to the parking lot, up on the trailer and I am gone. No more waiting in line
