how do i post videos

You'll first need the link to the video/whatever you want to post.

Videos need to first be posted on some web hosting site...like you tube er something.

Your photos are simply posted from your pictures file using the "go advanced" function down below the text box....Then scroll down to "manage attachments" and browse your way to the file where the picture is stored.

Click on the photo you want to post etc etc....
