I guess I am just lucky but my 3rd brake light was leaking, probably been doing it since I bought the damn thing. Had to get new carpets.... Anyway, the seal from Mopar is crap. I went out and bought a brand new light housing with the seal and it leaked. So instead of buying new one, here is a fix I found to replace the seal with something very similar to what is on the light housing to begin with. I have yet to see how this is going to hold up over time but so far so good. I choose this stuff because it is just about the same size as the factory seal and won't cause the light to stick out from the truck, nor will you ever notice it is not stock. Important part is that it keeps out water unlike the factory one.

To get the factory seal off use a razor blade and some Goo Gone. Clean it up and then stick the new seal on. You don't need glue silicone or anything else. Below is the stuff I got from Home Depot, for about $3.00.
