I bought the Viper emblem to put on my srt10 the rear on the tailgate looks like it just an adhesive stick on but the front one on the grille im not sure. any one can give me any ideas on how to take the dodge emblems off? also the emblem i have doesnt bend its metal

don't pry it off from the edges you'll scratch the paint....drill a hole in the plastic ram head, heat with a hair dryer and pry-off that way. if the emblem isn't curved it won't fit...purchase a curved one from JMB performance.

Right on the money, hair fryer, and pry it carefully. Decal remover to get rid of sticky stuff. Sanchoba right about the curved one ......... What Year???

I took thin fishing string and went side to side kinda like sawing the tape off. Then removed excess adhesive with goop-off or similar.
To reapply emblem in new spot I bought 3M 2 sided adhesive and cut in the shape of the emblem!!
Takes a decent amount of time but result was worth it.
I removed RAM and relocated SRT10 in the front door above the body skirt line..

Heatgun, dental floss, time... i use the dental floss instead of the fishing line cause ive had the fishing line scuff the paint before the wax on the floss protects the paint, but both ways are good. Just remember the slower you go the less chance of damaging anything

I have the curved mopar oem Viper emblem one on the grill of my truck. Did this job last friday.
Bent the oem mopar viper emblem some more and it fit perfect.
First i made of 2mm stainless steel a small template in the same size as the stock Ram embleem and put that in the hole with
3M 2 sided adhesive tape and some glue in the deep hole.. After that i put the mopar oem viper emblem over it.. I like it and it stick very good.

Does this method work for the 06 emblem in the grille?

My 06 grill one popped off in 2 pieces. One is the chrome piece and the other was the black background.
