I would like to ask all the members to please do something to help all of us to be more respectful of others feelings, if someone posts something that truly does offend you please send that person a PM explaining how and why you feel that way. This is something that we as adults should be able to straighten out ourselves without bothering the Mods or Admins.
If the person refuses to acknowledge your feelings, and does it again, then it should be brought out into the open so we can all see the problem.

might be going in the direction of adopting some formal rules and regs. Perhaps we can all come with some similar "rules" add them to the list proposed by Silverback and come up with some type of By-Laws.
One problem with this is of course enforcement. Where the Mods have to do a certain amount of policework. What do the Mods think about this?
