I see a reason on a few, but others just qoute others and by the time you get thru qoutin everyone you only got 2 post on one page

How many posts are you showing per page? If you haven't already, go to USERCP, EDIT OPTIONS, then down to THREAD DISPLAY OPTIONS and select Show 40 posts per page. That might help some.
