Any car 2009 and up can be shut down by gps. Cops run your plate, contact onstar or whoever, they turn on your 4-ways, cop sez that's it & they shut the power off. You can still steer & brake from what I understand.

Don't even get me started on the lil box progressive ins & others wants you to install in your OBD two port. Just to get supposedly lower car insurance rates.
