I purchased it on October 30th with 18,000 miles. Less than 2 months later, I just turned over 23,000 miles. I just turn my head when I'm at the gas pump. I had NO intent to drive this thing as much as I have. I even bought a daily driver (an Audi A4) for this very reason but hardly ever drive it. I've owned a LOT of cars and this is probably the most fun thing I've ever driven.

Yeah I'm with you!! I have only had mine for a short time too, but I hate leaving it parked. I usually drive my 54 Willys Jeep when the weather sucks ( In Seattle that's all winter) but I Love My Truck!!!:D

Yeup! Same here! I keep intending to pick up a daily driver, but I just love driving my beast!!

And that my friends is why people who don't have one, just don't get it :D

And look at the pump when your filling the truck and then look at the guy driving the camry. He may be spending less, but you get a thrill ride every day.

So Welcome and enjoy

Well said Jeff!

Off-topic, but how's the new job?!

Yeah the only thing that bothers me is knowing that when it's raining the water is going straight through the hood scoop onto the firewall, so I try not to drive it in the rain much. I'm sure it doesnt hurt the truck but it still bugs me!!!:D

Don't know, don't care...fuel could increase to $5 a gallon...it would not hit my radar...milage is not part of the evaluation matrix...

I like my QC adn Rc so freaking much I am debatin buyin another RC and leaving it for a daily runner!

dont go to far with the mods guys , it takes alot of the fun away from the truck!:p

Thats why I'm all stock......

Someday, maybe I can afford one to just mod the crap out of it

Exacto!!!!

Although, when it hits $5/gallon, I may have to stop eating.....

I have an 05 RC and get 10 mpg most of the time. I don't do much interstate driving, it's mostly local stuff so I never get it into 5th or 6th gear.

I have several other cars and trucks, but the SRT-10 is by far my favorite. I drive it every chance I get.
