With what is happening with my family and having to move to NY quickly I need to sell this ASAP so I dont have to take it with me. Please help pass the word as I know no one in here wants a speedbump LOL
I am prepared to take a hit and am looking to get 18,000 for the car OBO

why do you have to move? Whats going on with the family? I hope nobody is sick
 
I just went to see my 91 year old grandmother as I am the only one left. I lost my parents years ago and there are no brothers sisters ect. Her condition is going downhill fast, I got a call this morning that adult services is taking her to the hospital as they feel she needs 24 hour care at this time. I havent heard anything from the hospital yet. We need to move to protect the estate as she hasnt taken the steps to protect it as she had been advised to do. Her is estate is not huge but is of enough consequence that I dont want the state to get it and have her last days be in a home without some kind of family around. I gave notice to my job today which I have held for 13 years and I am 33 this month. My wife gave her notice where she has been for ten years. She had not payed bills so while we were up there we put about $5000 on credit cards to get her current and pay for care while we were packing. Then we get the call this morning that she is going to the hospital and we are freaking out. I need to pay off as much of the truck as I can to minimize bills. It wont be too hard to see what I bought LBStones truck for and this puts me behind the eight ball especially losing our jobs. My company is checking to see if the family medical leave act can allow them to pay me for 12 weeks but I am not holding my breath. It really sucks after all the time you give a company you really cant expect much more than a paycheck in return.
 
Good luck with the move. Another NY'r... Too bad you could not have waited for Dereks truck... Could have saved on shipping
 
Just FYI-I have had to take FMLA before for a relative's illness in Ohio and did not have trouble...but I only flew up there for a while,we didn't make a move. Is that not an option for you? I will certainly keep your family in my prayers!

I am hoping my company will allow me to use the FMLA even though they realize I am not coming back. She needs our care and a few months wont be enough
 
Sorry to hear this James... Everything tends to work out in it's own time...Family is the most important...Maybe the company will give you some help ...you can only try. Good luck....
 
Hey James,,,It is a high possibility I will be attending---as long as the huricane hahaha doesn't set me back on work to much---Or then again Maybe I will be looking imto a new position as a GC Super...hahahaha
 
Sorry about your situation, you should not have any problems getting rid of that "speedbump". I LOVE those wheels.
 
Did you try carmax yet? they might give you that, also it is not a gass guzzler I had a durango that I tried to sell them with only 70k on it blue book said 7k they offered me 2500, I asked why they have a surplus of trucks and suvs and not enough small cars for the demand so you might get lucky. Just a thought.
