Thanks, ill do that. After the price Walbert just told me he paid for his i think im gonna try and salvage my old ones, any good ideas on how to safely remove them?

You might try a razor blade and go real slow.

Fishing line. Wear gloves to protect fingers. Remove the old adhesive. Buy industrial strength double sided adhesive paper and re-install.

I think its just gonna mess them up if i try and remove them, the viper letters are all separated, plus id have to find some really thin black adhesive...

In all seriousness (is that a word?), after spending all the $$$ on the new hood, go the little bit extra and get the OEM emblums. Just gives it that finished look. When I had nothing there, it didnt look done to me. I was shocked how many people at work asked where they were when I didnt have them. After that, I just had to get them.

oh, and not a bad price from Avondale either. Few $$ cheaper than mine

Those emblems look great on your truck Jim but i think the OEM would better set off my black truck:dontknow:

Yeah, they took to be consistantly $65 shipped. After i get the hood painted and installed ill see about gettin some for serious:rock:
