Only about a 2 year old link, hah. That guy actually stopped doing it because of the interest it gathered. People were coming to his street and making it impossible for his neighbours to get to their houses, plus i "heard" there were a few accidents caused by people not paying attention.

I just remember when I lived in Columbus, OH as a kid... They used to close whole streets down and everyone in the neighborhood would decorate their houses. They would set-up an entrance and have a "toll". The fee would go to a charity or childrens foundation. .......... A good friend of the family always used to participate. We used to set-up a little Hot Chocolate stand in the drive-way. ... Ah, memories.
