Idleing low

I noticed that my truck is idling lower than usual and when im coming to a stop and i take it out of gear and just brake to stop it bogs down like its gonna die out.. Any ideas what it could be ?

Clean your iac and reset it

Is the speedometer working? Bad speed sensor will cause that.

Yeah speedo works just fine. And what the iac ?

Idle Air Controler I think. It meters air around the throttle blades to control idle speed.

You can remove the hardware then the selonoid. Clean out any carbon build up with carb or throttle body cleaner. Also clean the throttle body & blades. You should have a small air gap around the two blades when they are closed
