Sorry bout that dude. Anytime you deal with Henny something undoubtably goes wrong. I hope you get things worked out. Luckily most of our vendors here are standup guys, some of us however have had to deal with those not so standup vendors/dealers, etc. Its makes you (at least me) just want to throw your hands up and look for something else to do for awhile.

Sorry for your troubles.......I would say that John is a ******* ****** whe it comes to customer service he is a ******** he needs to hire a business manager becuse his service ****** *****.....I could go on but you get the picture......my truck the end product is great but the **** I had to go through to get my truck back......well it ****** *****......and thats all I have to say about that.

Hey Sprite…. sorry to hear about your trouble. I personally have never had any dealings with John Hennessey but I sure have heard a lot more bad then good about him. Enough that I don’t think I would take the chance doing business with him. You know if he ran a business with any integrity he would have refunded you every penny you have invested in those wheels and stop selling and promoting all iForged products.

Nice of you to show us both sides of the story and I-Forge/John is not the only wheel company having problems. Good link. People need to get educated and read before the bashing continues on the various boards.
