i dunno, i've ran my buddies 6.0 gto several times and as soon as i hook up i walk away from him until we hit about 130 then he starts catching back up to me.

Stock for stock it is a drivers race with the 6.0 GTO....same with the SRT8s vs GTO..........all 3 run high 12s to low 13s depending on track and driver.....

i know i ate up my buddy's 5.7L car all day long...the 6.0's are a bit tougher...but like larry said, it's a driver's race with the 6spds...

I was a bit disappointed in the way that GTO thread progressed.

We're talking about a guy who posted a thread celebrating a new car for his son....

Then it went downhill with a bunch'a comparos to faster cars and guy's 10's...

Then some other shit came about that was also regrettable...

I felt bad for all of us that we couldn't simply celebrate the new toy for yer kid.

Sometimes, I'm discouraged by juvenile shit like that on this board.....
