It's official folks: My device is patented.

U.S. Patent #7,145,065

It took a little more than 30,000 hours to get it, but man...it's so worth it.
There are several others on the way. This one is just the first, plus all the international ones.

It's amazing to take something from your mind, put it on paper, make it tangible, then get thousands of others to like it enough to spend their hard-earned money on it. Pretty incredible.

BTW- If anyone is thinking of patenting something, be sure to have a few things:
1. At least 6 figures in the bank to set afire (Well, with proper licensing/marketing it *might* come back to you).
2. A QC full of patience.
3. Someone close to you so you can retain your sanity.
4. A Dodge Ram SRT-10 to take you around to the shops and trade shows. :)

Now, back to work. :D

If anyone wants to check out the device, or see me playing very poorly:

Thanks to everyone here for helping with the sanity retention!

If the guitar player friend has a tremolo system (aka vibrato system) on their guitar, then yes- it would make a good gift. Just ask him, "Hey- do you have any guitars with trems on them?". He'll know what you're talking about. :D

Congratulations! I am still downloading the video - 6 minutes left ;) Good job Kevan:rock:
