hey, I am leaving today to spend the next week in Florida. My chrildren bought me tickets to the Daytona race.I have 2 days before the race and 2 days after to waste. I want to see Don Garlets Museium of drag racing. Any other sugestions? Wife has relation in New Port Richy so we will spend some time there.

Welcome to the Sunshine state!! (Where it rains almost every day in the summer!)

If you have kids, take them to Universal Studios!! Wet N' Wild is popular in the heat too!

Or, if you want a nice relaxing day, go to the springs, there are several. Silver Springs is probably the most well known.

There is always Gatorland, and Boggy Creek Airboat Rides too!!

Lots to do!!!

Check out Kennedy space center if you can. Little bit south of Daytona.
St.Augustine which is north of daytona has alot of history and neat things to see.Enjoy florida while you are here.Hot as hell, humid as hell and rains pretty much every day!! What more could you ask for!!:rock: :rock:
