Infection opinions

I only slept about an hour and that was very broken up from 12 midnight until 3:30

It drained all night ,well until I got up for work at 3:30
It didn't really hurt as bad after I squeezed the bejeebers out of it :D
I squeezed it twice more at work around 6am and again at 9am and then it seemed it was all done

I am guessing the antibiotics are starting to work :rock:
It is stiff and a little swollen ,but much improved :D

I am taking three different antibiotics,so one has to do something

I am off to bed.I need some serious sleep.

Good grief! I didn't know you could do that. At least eat some yogurt while your on the antibiotics. Your going to kill off all the good bacteria in your digestive system and mess yourself up. Glad your beginning to feel better.:congrats:

Ask him about soaking in Epsom Salts...we used that for pain relief in infected appendages for years.

I'm guessing you don't fully understand the "Cigar Gauge" system.... :eek: I think that nice cutter would only go up to a 50 or so... :eek: :marchmellow:
 
UPDATE 16-JUL-09

Went to the orthopedic surgeon today.She barely looked it over before scheduling me for surgery tomorrow. :eek:

She said it HAS to be opened,drained,cleaned,dis-infected and left open to drain .Said I may have arthritis in it later or possible nerve damage from surgery,but to NOT do sugery may mean amputation or death :eek:

I will be going under the knife tomorrow at 12:30 eastern.
I appreciate your thoughts and/or prayers my friends.

Oh,well.......it will give me some grisly stories to tell :D
 
Amputation....not good. Death.......even worse.

Good luck with the surgery tomorrow. Hope everything goes well.
