Information need on Staph infections

OK I just called his cell and no answer. But I did leave him a rather terse message :D He knows what I went through it's not like he has no idea or sumppin.....I will call again in the morning...I have all 3 numbers and his wife's cell I think it is...Hope he is doing well and this is nothing Bro....Love the guy :D
 
im calling this morning too i sent him a few message to no avail. anybody close to san diego.
 
Tony sorry I got on here late. I sure as hell hope this thread drove some sense into him. And I hope he see's that we all care about him and not to be offended in anyway- we care about ya guy! NOW GET YOUR A$$ TO THE HOSPITAL!!!!!

Hmm..Not on now..hopefully he is getting things looked at..PM sent..hard headed my ass..theres a fine line between hard headed and foolishness..this doesnt sound like anything to screw around with..

I called again this morning one phone was busy and he is not answering his cell. I have left 2 messages and he has not called me back yet.....:(

Just talked to Jack. He said to tell everybody thankyou for your concern but everything is OK. He will get on alittle later and explain the situation.. He assured me to assure you he is on top of this.
 
Beat me to it Shawn. He also assured me that he is in fact better today, but can't get on the board to post right now as he has to stay in bed and his wireless is not working. He said that the infection is minor according to his doctor, whom he trusts completely. As Shawn said, he also wanted to let everyone know he appreciates the concern.

We should be hearing something from him a little later today.
 
Sorry I missed out on this Jack. Riff told me about it. Take care of yourself bro... You dont need to be in a hospital for weeks, not worth it. For the food alone.

Minor???? :confused: :dontknow: The only minor case of staph infection is the case that someone else has. When you have it, it ain't minor...
 
I just wish someone could drag him to the hospital for the I.V. antibiotic fluid treatments. They are the best over pills.
 
Just talked to Jack..He is doing good..laying around with his feet up following his drs orders..obviously so he doesnt have to follow his wifes orders..lol..He says tales of his demise are greatly exaggerated... Apparently its not as bad as everyone thinks it is..Being 3000 miles away, I will have to take his word for it..Glad you are doing better Jack..now get back on the couch..haha
 
Thank you all for your concern and advice.

I am seeing a DR and this searted about 3-4 weeks ago.
I saw the DR 2 weeks ago and he gave me an antibotic and told me to go home and stay off my feet......take the antibotics and stay off my feet.

Well I went home and tooke the antibotics and kept doing almost everything I shouldn't have.

I am following DR's orders this time and staying off my feet and taking the Cephalexin, 500 mg 4 times per day.

The swelling has gone way down with staying off my feet and taking a diuretic.

That means I cant sit at my desk and look at the forum. My air card does not work well at the house and the laptop also won't find my wifi.

So for the next 6 days or so I won't be on much as I am taking this very seriously and doing what I am told.

Again thanks to all of you.
