inner fender wells ,,

so i need to remove inner fender wells to install headers,,,,:nurse: what trouble am i looking for and any one find a post detailing it ,,,i serached did not find one
 
Its so easy a Cave Man could do it.....seriously! :D

Takes longer to pull the wheel off then to remove the inner fender.

Do you have headers on already? Just looking at your sig.

If the stock manifolds are still on, the collector bolts are a pain. Spray rust penetrant on them before you start. There are little metal holders around square nuts that break as soon as you put a wrench to them. Then they get in your way when you are trying to keep the nut from spinning.

For me the last bolt on the pass side top would not come off. Used a Sawz all and air chisel to break the nut off b/c I could not get a wrench on the nut. Not fun.

Had to use a cutting torch on mine, one on d/s and one on p/s.
