Intake and exhaust complete, what next?

Monday I recieved my K&N CAI from perk_1405 (thanks again for the great deal). After a wash and an oil down I installed it yesterday. Some people say your better off just getting the drop in, I disagree. That was the best 100 bucks ive ever spent on a mod. The sound is beautiful. Sounds bad@$$ tipping into the throttle between gears or passing in 5th. The the hissing at part throttle gets me happy, and gets my wife sick. I drove around town off and on the pedal to hear it hiss and got her car sick. My first drive i eased into 1st as to not spin the tires and floored it at 4500, it was so loud i thought the filter came off. I pulled over to check it and all was secure. The sound is so different with full throttle at 5k.
I can tell a substantial seat of the pants difference, that is confirmed by second gear breaking loose at any rpm. I dont hear the tires squeeling but i feel the vibration and see the black marks in the mirror. Im sold.

Im still searching for catless mids, O2 sims, t-stat, and stage 2. If you have a line on any please chime in.

if it's used parts you're looking for, i'm sure you'll find 'em here......

i wouldn't necessarily go used on the 170* t-stat, cheapest new:

i have a used volaint ,,if you like the noise a drop in makes you would love the roar a voliant air ram cia makes ,,,200 bucks and 25 for shipping its yours

I agree on the sound of the full CAI. I love it. I gained 5 hp on the dyno from stock to CAI. Now I am getting ready to install the Magnaflow catback and am worried I wont be able to hear the sound of the intake anymore.

You still hear the intake it is just not as potent.
