Intake and V-Covers!

WOOOOHOOOOO so as my motor build is slowly coming to a close i can focus on making it look good! heres what i'v got so far.. check em out.. i think there is a guy on here that has already done this but i maded a few attempts at doing it myself b4 him o well .... they go to the air brusher in the new week or so but what do you think so far?:rock: :rock:

i think i'm goging to have the intake re done.. to match the valve covers i didn't think that they would turn out that good but they turned out great!

That looks sick! So how long before the truck is all finished? Yes, I know they are truely never finished but you know what I mean!
 
Are those powder coated or painted? They look great! I was wanting to get mine powder coated, but if you pulled this off by painting them then I'm going to have to re-think my plan.
 
they are painted guys! hahahaha had my friend who works at a body shop paint them for less than half the price of powder coating just not sure how they are going to hold up.. should be hold up pretty good.. for the price i paid lol.. and for everyone asking about the truck! the motor should have been done last week but the wrong crank was ordered.. and should be done end of this week or some time next week i hope!... still tring to deside what cam to use though

Originally I had my VC Powder Coated,but the color I chose was a WAY WRONG Yellow,so I had a Bike Shop here in town Paint them,and they're still looking good !!!:rock: :rock:

yeah i just kinda figuered that they would hold up fine! just cause the heat of a black car sees during the day in a parking lot is pretty close to how hot they will get in our motor
