Intake ID Help

Attached is a Gen III intake with Ralph Giles signature on the bottom. Anyone know anything about its history? :dontknow:

It's is that one. I couldn't post a pic so had caveman post . I thought it was odd as I've seen a few intakes and none had this signature?

I needed to sell the intake as my truck has been sitting since the summer. I am $8500 into my rebuild already and need the cash. Driving this 95 Corolla is killing me. I need my baby back...with more power of course.
