Interest is "Billet" overflow and washer jugs?!

I dunno, I'd have to say that judging by the way this looks I'd have to go with something close to a billet color as possible like reflective chrome powdercoating or maybe even cast iron powdercoating to match other JMB stuff.

Sight glass material is clear plastic tubing. The prototype is not powdercoated, but I would sell them coated.

I can change the color, its a little more expensive than normal because we have to strip the old powdercoat off.

Im not a huge fan of the long sight glass, but others may be. It has a 3/8 npt bung at the bottom as well.

Doesn't it come with a low washer fluid sensor? And here is an idea for the longsight hose, just put it at the bottom 1/3 of the tube, just an idea.

Just a thought, with the low level sensor why is a sight tube needed? Also what about using a ORB plug instead of NPT? I hate NPT. Also like Eric said will the location of these tanks work with the Procharger tubing?

I dont think its needed either. ORB is not practical for most w/i kits since they use npt to instant tube adapters. Im not sure if it will fit yet with the procharger or turbo setups, ill post asap.

Jorge, im trying bud, those pics were taken at 8pm friday night, im doing everything with reason.

Here are some rough pics (8:30pm and im exhausted) of the coolant overflow, it has a filler "spout" in order to get around the radiator pipe. It mounts to the shroud and does not require any modifications to any oem parts. The two bungs towards the shroud (top/bottom) are for the site level just like the washer jug. The "fill" is on the very bottom and cannot be seen, the top bung facing the firewall is for overflow in case the coolant system is overfilled. It will have a 90 fitting and a short piece of tube towards the ground.

I think this is going to be a one time only thing, I do not like making these and I have to disassemble my truck to ensure the brackets are perfect. Prices have changed slightly (removed sight from washer jug, added overfill drain on coolant jug), but the price of the set is still the same. If you want something changed, I can probably do it, since these are all custom made to rder (price may vary).

Ok the containers are 4" around by 15" tall aluminum (3.25qt). The fill caps are a billet screw on with knurled edges.

The windshield washer container fits very similar to where it is now and has two brackets to hold it, holes for the level sensor and pump, an extra 3/8" npt bung, and NO sight glass level. Price is $105/115 powdercoated (depending on color). This will NOT work with my turbo or procharger setup.

The coolant overflow is also located similar where the OEM one is, but starts under the upper radiator hose and has a fill spout. It has two brackets to hold it, a nipple for the overflow line to hook up to, an overfill drain, a sight glass level, and required hardware. Price is $155/165 powdercoated (depending on color). This will NOT work with my turbo or procharger setup.

I also have another coolant overflow jug available that mounts behind the front bumper on the passenger side. It is the resevoir I use on the turbo/procharger kits. It is not seen anywhere except from under the truck. It is wrinkle black finish, no sight level or fill (only a nipple for overflow fill on the bottom), and is approx. the same 3qt capacity and includes hardware. That jug is $75.

My paypal is [email protected], shipping is $15 for the set, $10 individual (in the lower 48 states, PM me for shipping price anywhere else). I need to know your shipping info and color. You can also call me with a credit card at 314-540-1541. All orders need to be in by the end of next week (sept 25th), then I will start on them and ship within 1 week.
Thanks,
Justin

I'll also need the fitting for the Meth hose. I'll give you a call tomorrow. Thanks!
