Interest level: carbon fiber stuff

Awesome suggestions guys keep'em comin! I like the tailgate idea alot
and i've got some ideas about how i can do a better air intake setup
so there's defintely some good things comin out of this thread. But i
probly will come out with some fair priced interior trim kits then work
my way to the engine then body parts.. :rock: Keep'em comin!

Heck if you say ideas to keep coming, your just leaving yourself open to someone on here asking for a complete truck in carbon fiber lol

I'm in for some interior parts, replace all the alum. with carbon fiber. I think a spliter would be great!

How about CF doors ??? id be interested in them if of course only if there like my stockers just lighter. Or even a CF tailgate those outta drop a little weight.

Tail gate would be GREAT!

And how about valve covers with Clear Hi-Temp Polycarbonet top surface.

I dabbled with this stuff (another purpose) and think it would be doable.:rock:

I think there either made of fiberglass or at least a lighter material than the stock fenders, the only reason I didnt buy was i didnt like the little air vent in the side.

The stock hood is plenty light, what I would pay big$$$ for is a carbon fiber hood with the 08 Viper vents and a more robust scoop like someone had a drawing of on here some where.

I live about a mile from the cutom shop that makes the custom molds for PANOS Roadster Co. and gave me a quote of 1,500 a couple of years ago to do a mold for a custom hood for my Town Car.

I think I will re visit them on this issue.:rock:

Haha sure man!:rock: all in time though.. I need to get some cash to
buy carbon fiber first... then i need to make some molds etc etc.. Anyone
