Iphone battery replacement

Just got done replacing the battery in my Iphone. There is no way I was gonna send it back to Apple
Parts and the phone

Open says me

Sceen seperated. Lots of little cables to break. 6 in all.

Battery was toast. Would only get about half a day. I have had it since the 3G's came out.

Its only a phone. If I broke it I would have had an excuse to go get a 3GS

I have the 3g, and Im eligible for an upgrade now, but i was told that there will be a new iphone this summer, so i will wait till then!!

Ordered from a website. No screens though. Look on craigslist, bunch of people here doing screen replacements

You must use it a lot! My 3G lasts for days.

I think it has to do with the 3gs lovy, mine is the same , have to carry a charger with me when out bro, bout 4-5 hours and thats it, but too, I am on the phone abut 6 hours a day

Well then I'll just stick with my trusty 3G

I use my phone all day long. But I can lose 10% power in an hour by not using it all all.

Just a few tips to save battery power
1. Turn the brightness of the screen down
2. Turn Off Wifi until you need it
3. Turn Off Bluetooth
4. Set greater times or turn off email push for email accounts.
5. Stop playing stupid games
