i just wnat to extend the offer..... i own a few server's and shells i wanted to donate to vtcoa.... and IRC netowrk... " chat room " it unlike " flash " and i am will to do all the setup work
i have setup a temp service on my server that i am running now, so we call could ge on there and chat.... please in no way am i tryin to take away from the forums here.... just wanted to give the users " our 2nd family " another service here at vtoca.
if the admins here will excpet my offer here i will provide the programs to setup on the forum " IRC chat " and donate the server and do all the setup work involved in this, and teach any one that wants to lend a hand
i have a " temp " site set up now.... just a rough draft u can see it here

plz let me know your feeling on this and what you think ... it could releave some of the resource in the forums " pm's and file sharing " ect.... there are many thing u can do on an IRC network
