is this normal?

my truck was parked for bout 3 wks and when i started it it blew out a pretty good puff of smoke out the exaust drove it a couple places had the wife watch me start and it didnt do it again... what may have caused this?

runs great....must have almost flooded it or something beats me

after sitting a period of time , oil "could" seep by the valve guide seals, and be on top of the piston, its just burning off used oil
