Jacksonville, FL October 7, 2006

So is this the show we are going too?:

Jacksonville Frist Saturday of the Month 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Hosted by the First Coast Car Council, and held at Jacksonville Landing on the river in downtown Jacksonville. Lots of restaurants, KOOL 100.7 provides the music, door prizes and 50/50 drawing. Call the FCCC Cruise In Hotline at (904) 430-0498 for more info.

AT EASE SQUID! I'll be in the area all day!

There is some confusion...The First Coast Car Council evidently is hosting two events on Oct. 7th.

We have been talking about the Cruz-In at the landing from 6-8 pm (get there about 4:30 to be sure to get the prime spots)...

But NBT posted the flyer that talks about an all day event in Palatka...we are planning to be at the Landing in the late afternoon. But why not also go to Palatka earlier in the day???

Works for me...

They will be at the new shop, and might be worth checking out. They have a runway now....:rock: :D
Block an hour or two to check it out, and go to the shows from there?

As I stated, they will be coming in on a day off...so
let's nail down a specific time.... 10 to noon?:dontknow:
See how many people can make it there at that time....:dontknow:
and I will call and bounce it off them.:)

I will be in Orlando early that Saturday morning...ntw0rk and I will probably cruise up from there.

I may be looking into crashing somewhere that night, as the 3 1/2 hour drive home is not worth the risk of dozing off... going to be a long day...

I am definitely up for a trip to ROE. Would love to see the shop, new or old!

Been a long time since I have been to Green Cove Springs! I used to live about 15 minutes north of there.

BigBlackQC, you up for that too?
 
I think I will be able to go. Let me get a little closer to take-off here tho. Things change in a heart beat this time of year for me. :( THanks for the heads-up, Kevin!

I don't know If you saw my earlier post but I staying at one of those weekly Inns in orange park, fl (a suburb) which aint too far away...you guys are more then welcome to stay as long as you bring your own sleeping bags!! And I'm down for a trip to Roe, I've never been there...PM me if you want to stay and I'll give you more info!!!:D
 
I need a list of people that want to go to ROE, and can make it at 10am to noon. ROE should be in the new shop, ( I believe they move next week) and they will have use of the runway out back.. so we can go play, and check out the new place.

I'm in for sure...ofcourse!! I want to see how my truck does on the runway!!!:D And by the way, I'm pretty sure I still have FREE floor spce for anyone that wants to stay the night vs. driving after a long day!!!!:rock:

Stay over night for sure if you're drive is over a couple of hours...my home is available too...
