Tell ya what.....I hope that Jeffy can make this and Django.....But I doubt they can or will....I am going to keep on Wifey the Queen Ho and the Yettie..Jerry hates driving because of his Back and neck problems so they are iffy at best...But I will not rest until everyone is included.....Hope you make it Scott :rock: :rock:
 
These GTGs are always a lot of fun, but the more members the bigger the fun. So I hope as many people that are able, show up.

Yeah, I am just about 100% Have a few details with work to get ironed out but its looking good. Trying to get Steve to go too. He is on the fence I think.
Joefags is not allowed in AZ, he would be violating the witness relocation program ;) I hope it works out. Would be a complete blast to party with you boys, girls, and wifey... ;)

Well Phuck....I am going to call Joey Mags up myself....If I gotta resort to phone Terror tactics I will.....Tell Steve to STFU and come out with ya....Would be an honor for me to see you both again :cool: Joey Mags would be the icing on the cake....I'll even put an Ice pick in it to make him feel more wanted :D

The race day is $25.00 per car for your "tech card"
and $15.00 per spectator.

So if you bring yourself, and wife/girlfriend it will be $40.00.

Thanks. =) I usually am fairly successfull at making events a go.

I have pitched a sponshorship deal to Patrick @ Avondale, he is talking to his bosses about it... and have also pitched a similar deal to Tim @ Earnhardt dodge... I am supposed to hear back from both this week.

We need to pick up at least 1-2 more cash sponsors... here is what I have been pitching:

Ideally, we are seeking a: Title Sponsor, and Sub Sponsors.

Title Sponsor: $2500+ includes large premium booth placement, and preminum ads in all media, headliner, etc..

Gold Sponsor: $1500-2500.00 medium booth size placement at track, small logo in all media

Silver Sponsor: $500- $1500 : small booth size placement at track, text based company name on media.

I will see the West Coast VP of Home Depot on Thursday when I get promoted. I will pitch the idea to him then, let's see what happens :D

Correct. Now I can not yet give specifics, but our event at Firebird will be Racing, carshow, entertainment and fun as hell. lol

We certainly want to try and do some match ups with some or all of you as well. hehe

I, for one am looking forward in racing at both tracks that weekend. This will show HOW good each track really is. That and I am looking for 10's in a 4460lb race weight anchor. hehe

Is he the normal dealer that is out there... I know there is a company that comes out there and sells race fuel.. but charges like $10/gallon.... :dontknow: according to my contact at Speedworld....

If he is not the "regular" supplier, then we need him to sign on a vendor agreement, as we can not allow businesses to free-load while other vendors are participating either materially or monetarily...
