No problem with stock sensors, came right out and right back in new pipes no problem. Disconnect battery, then back on when done. All systems reboot and you should have no codes or issues. At least thats how mine went.

how long did they take to come in?.. I just ordered mine and am curious.

ORDERED THEM ON SUNDAY LAST WEEKEND ON THE 5TH OR 6 TH from web site

header gasket

ok,im slapping headers on and i notice after i started doing other side i stuck the gasket up on the head i notice that the gasket leaves an almost thin tiny gap were the exhaust port is and the motor block curvers or indents inward ,, so on second one i used the oem gasket ,,,now im thinking i need to remove first side and put oem gasket back on it too ,,,but man the work ,,,my freaking hands are killing me from the tight squeze some of those bolts had to go into ,,,and those one inside bolt on collector kicked my a$$ till i gave up tring to take it out in one peice and cut oem pipe ,,,then both mids were a bit to long to match up to rest of pipes so i had to trim an inch and a half off ,,next time i will pay someone to do it with a lift :nurse:

i have a perfectly round brusie on my gut from the washer fluid bottle by monday it will be a cool blue and purple :nurse: my wifey says she can almost see letters in my ouchie
and i almost forgot how my hand slipped while i was under truck cussing a collector bolt i dropped my 1/2 inch rachet and it found my big head above my left eye lol ,,,you should see the other guy lol

UPDATE,,every thing is back together this morning ,,,but the dipweed at advance auto parts only gave me 8 spark plugs not 10 ,,,plus one sensor would not come out stock pipe ,,got it out but threads are trashed ,,,hope that same dipweed can get sensor ,,,anyone know if 10 sensors are the same as other mopar stuff or is exhaust sensors on 10,s special too,,,i am a little concerned about the gasket fitment but i guess i will see after i get it started up ,,,

im dying to smokem right now and cant ARUGGGGGHHHHHH:mad:

i'm glad to see i'm not the only one that got my butt kicked putting the headers on, they get HOT too, i'm cutting my innerfender well now... any way i finally got mine back together and i LOVE the sound haven't driven it yet but will soon

ok so my new o2 sensor gets here and as i went to put it in my mids i see the bung hole for it has a small indent in it ,,,needless to say if i try to screw it in it will trash threads ,,,anyone know what size threads they are ,,,i have a 3/8 pipe tap it is real close but no cigar???????????????

18 mm threads if that makes sense. A standard bolt will not go into it.
