my welder grinds off his welds, takes him about 10 seconds to do an entire job. one big nasty belt sander. wish i had a photo of that. i think the exposed welds are more at home on a honda.

Scoob...there are very few people that provide the quality of Tony or Justin. You are a guy that drives around with a dented fender, and leaves his cut off cats laying in the yard. You need a little education in thinking before expressing your feelings...not everyone thinks the world revolves around your ideas...

Just trying to coach you a little...we all need it from time to time.

Peace...Joy...and according to Tony, GOODWILL to all!

Man, that expressed it very clearly!

I am going to have to remember that: "Like a tick in ya butt crack!"

I may try to use that in the future if it is OK with you!

The thing I bring to the market that very few others do is making custom one-off parts at regular part prices. If someone wants the welds ground that's not a problem, my only catch is that I won't do it on aluminum since it relies on the raised weld bead for strength. The brushed stainless with exposed welds and the "blueing" effect is something I started doing recently and it's not for everyone. I originally did everything with ground welds but found many people prefered the lighter aluminum with exposed welds for the same price or less. Currently the ram radiator pipes and all the neon parts are smoothed before powdercoating but options may be listed on the website soon for those wanting something different. Btw to properly blend in welds takes 3 seperate steps and about 15 minutes per weld.

quit being so nice skinny:D merry christmas:D

SICK! :congrats:

Justin, keep up the kick ass work!

Our vendors here ROCK. Period. I have ordered stuff from several of them, mostly Justin and Tony, and i have never had even a minor glitch from either.

Justin, i passed this info and pics along to my friends with SRT4 Calibers and SRT8 Jeeps.

Merry Christmas :D

I love the exposed weld look, and also the stainless weld look. Its a nice raw but finished look. My first item was justins cai/cc set up and for the price for a custom one off piece you cant beat his work. You should see some of the tunners in japan they take welding as a art and section everything with full welds every 2-3 inch its amazing work.

have you ever tried grinding off your welds then painting? i would be curious if you did one of each and asked people what one they liked best. personally i prefer the clean look.

i think myself and many others highly doubt that...

I love the exposed weld look......These are my fav valve covers.... Keep up the good work Justin!

there are very very limited people that take the time to do the fabrication work that justin and I do for these trucks and other dodge srt lines that are limited, and I aint blowin my own whistle by no means, but we both work our ass off for you guys to bring you every and anything you want at the best price we can.
so I tell you what, you dont like Justins welds showing, dont buy his stuff , period, or if you want it, pay the xtra to have it buffed and polished off, otherwise, go out an find someone else that takes the time to work on and build parts an accesories for the SRT line.

Support the only ones that take the time to bring you affordable stuff or have your guy build your own stuff for ya, Justin is one of the best fabricators around , period, and I myself and others are honored to have anything he produces on my truck.

Have a merry christmas

COME SPRING I DO PLAN TO BUY OFF YOU GUYS, AND I AM IN NO WAY BELITTLING YOUR WORK.
caps sorry...
my welder is only for work items, signs, mounts, ECT. he is also the only person i know who can weld cast iron. he is not the one to hire to custom fab truck parts.
i should have asked the question, "if i want it cleaned and painted can you" its not meant as a dig, certain people like things certain ways, that's all.

i think my welder told me that the sander he uses is special in that it makes all his work 10x quicker for that same reason. the sander he uses is HUGE and DANGEROUS, he broke a belt when i was there one time, i really thought we would be looking for fingers. he also said one more thing helps (hope this info might help you) he has a 2" thick solid steel table. he welds stuff right to it, to make jigs and such. this guy is the best welder i know and 3rd generation, if you want to know anything about welding i can give you his number. this is only to help, not insult. it seems people are far too defensive around here sometimes.

WOW! 10x quicker, and cuts out some steps...

Beautiful work by the way! What do ya think about the caliber Srt vs the neon?

No offense taken, I guarantee we use many of the same techniques here at JMB. The big belt sanders will not work with little pipes and little welds though, trust me ive been doing this for over 10 years full time and doing it as a hobby well before that. I may be young, but ive been wrapped up in fabrication, welding, metal, and cars since I was a little guy.

I dont like the way they look as much, but they are definitely a better bang for the buck, 6 speed, super stout motor, big power (we made 440whp on 20 psi/pump gas and have tons of room to go), bigger wheels, bigger brakes, etc.
