It's like buying a million dollar home, then not being able to pay the utilities. Some buy a muscle truck, then can't pay for the upkeep. So they are out of owning a 10 as quickly as they got in. If you do your homework & realize what you are getting into usually you keep your 10. Look at the people on this forum, some have been here since the beginning & some got here yesterday. Who will be here next week???? The wife will have to bury me in mine.
