Anyone out there install the JMB midpipes on a QC? Having issues fitting the system. Kickdown extension connecting passenger mid pipe to magnaflow appears set back too far hitting the top crossmember while trying to allow space for the drivers side midpipe to clear transmission crossmember. Attached picture maybe explains better.

I think the passenger pipe needs to be shorten by the length of the slip fit and that length added to the backend of the kickdown extension effectively moving the entire kickdown portion forward, centered under the crossmember.

I've already had to make cuts to the driver side extension and magnaflow entrance pipe just to get the magnaflow on the hangers.

what year is you QC, the magnaflow does not match up hangers on an 06. Just put mine on yesterday w/ no problems.

05 QC so the magnaflow should fit fine on the hangers.

Mid pipes should not be affected by the Magnaflow from, what I understand. I know the hangers are different but the pipes run the same way and should line up.

I had some issues with my fit. My Magnaflow was used and had the reducer fitting removed. I ordered the full 3" mids and extensions.

I installed my cat back into the hangers where I wanted it. I then installed the mids from the manifold back. I trimmed the male ends to get the fit i wanted. I am not sure my cat back was stock length due to a previous install. Once I trimmed the lengths, the fit was nice.

I did however end up with some exhaust leaks. Were they due to my cuts? Maybe. Do I blame Justin? Absolutely not. I ended up welding my extensions to the mids.

My biggest problem was installing the front O2 sensor on the passenger side. I had my mid slightly twisted, and the sensor would not reach. After some re-alignment, it fit like a glove. The extension and catback fit is actually much more forgiving than the sensors.
