The cutout is for the hose barb coming from the intake on the driver side rear of the intake. The hose is the one that goes to the brake booster. The aftermarket injectors are high enough that the hose barb is not in the way of the rail.

JMB Justin said:Because the injectors are drilled at an angle, the holes for the mounting hardware are slightly different, but it would still work, or I can machine them with both mounting hole patterns on the bottom.
