The biggest PITA was getting the lower pipe's boot over the engine side nipple. Takes a little patience, but not bad at all. I'd do a 170 tstat at the same time and you're set!

Remember to bleed the air out of the cooling system after you're done - do a search; someone did a good writeup on it.
 
OMG if I could install these without blowing something up anyone can. And wrinkle red sure is the closest to the stock valve cover color.. Just remember to use the pink ethaleneglycol (anti-freeze) when refilling coolant levels.
 
I'd take em but Jim sent a PM first I guess... Dibs for second I guess. I just wanted to know how hard they were to install before I jumped.

Even if.. That's a damn good deal.. If I didn't get mine in cast iron powder coat I'd be all on these..
