Just wanted to share the day with the VTCOA family. YellowFeverQuad (Steven) you are an awesome host bro. I haven't had this much fun in a long time and wanted to say "Thank You" for your and your wife's hospitality.

Heading out to Big Bear:

A Srt8 wanted to play but I was proud of Steven for restraining his lead foot.

This was one scared Coyote when Steven almost made him dinner:

Stopped by my Father in Law's house on the way up to Big Bear:

Yes it was burned to the ground in the last fire that rocked SoCal:

Who would want to buy this property that 2 houses have burned to the ground:

Time to climb another few thousand feet to the cabin. I had a hard time keeping up with Steven:

We get to the cabin about an Hour and a half after we left LA with a few pit stops along the way:

Steven stayed back and filled the party station:

We dropped off the bags and head to Big Bear to spend some time before the fireworks with my wife and my son Spencer.

More pics to follow but this is a start. Hard to believe this exists within 100 miles from the concrete jungle known as Los Angeles.

Spotted an Srt10 in Big Bear. I did not know who it was as he was driving by on the opposite side of the road but I managed to get a blurry pic. Was it anyone here?

I even saw a "L" with a canopy:

Went to the beach to go swimming:

The beach was closed to swimmers due to contaminated water.:vroam: So we went to the Waterslide park that had a fun alternative that my son decided to do instead of the waterslide:

Now it's time to head back to the cabin to meet up with the madman Steven. Okay 1 more stop at the Dam for Spencer:

On the way back to the cabin my wife talks with her high school friend that she has not seen since high school. She joined us after the lousy fireworks show at the neighborhood restaurant and did Kareoke for the first time in her life:

We get back to the cabin and Steven shows off his Bug skills to the boys:

The boys go to bed and we get to down a few drinks and depleated some of the stock. : I was too wasted to take an after picture of the fridge.

I know of 1 property for sale. The property has had 2 houses burned down due to forest fires. The listing is in the pictures that I posted. It's a risky investment to buy a property out there, but then again what isn't risky?
