Just bought a Volant intake...

For 200 bucks! A guy from BC, Canada used it for 2000km... sold the truck and was selling some stuff seperate. local shops wanted around 550 bucks for one. :rock:

I have one on my RC. I can't tell any difference in performance but it sounds alot better. I like mine.

I've always liked the look and the idea behind the Volant....But it appears it's not a real functional Sealed ram are due to the actuall function you would think of the hoods on these trucks......I'm still waiting for someone to come up with a good looking functional true ram system for the 10's....

I have heard of tests stating that power loss was seen, not gained.

I have the K&N and thats been dyno proven at 19 hp

Great deal! My K&N was a lot cheaper. I don't believe any of their claims anyway but the dyno says it helps. Whatever improves the airflow.

Sure thing. I'm not to concerned with gains. i think it looks cool, and if it sounds better that's good enough for me. I don't see how it could create any loss of power - i know the stock system is well flowing but just cant see it.
