Just Installed Boomers Fan Kit.

I just completed the install of Boomers 16" Pusher Fan kit. I have the thermostat set at about 165 or so.. and I know its moving some serious air.

I took it for a test drive for about 30 minutes in mostly stop and go traffic.. and it appears that I have dropped at least 10 more degrees off my operating tempurature.. as I never went above 190... even went I gave it hell a few times.. she jumped up to maybe 195.. and right back down below 190.

Ummmm...I dont think so... I just know I wrote him a realllllly big check!! And then I started getting boxes by UPS and Fed Ex.... it was like Christmas early!! lol!!

Oh I know.. I dont have his billet door handles and tailgate handle...

When I did it.. I wanted to do it right.. and not half-way... so I saved my pennies and made sure I had the cash to do it all the way, so I called him and worked a deal with him for just about everything he made!

that's the only way to do it, very,very, nice job, I am waiting for my elec fan and upgraded heat exchanger as I type, I will be installing this week, your pics helped me out, good luck

I would say a 4, it took me about 2 hours to complete. I pulled the radiator and AC condensor loose so that I could more easily reach things, etc.. only had one skinned knuckle doing it!!

When you installed the heat exhanger did you have to remove the plastic from behind the grille or just modify to fit ?

Just had to modify it to fit. Was able to retain all the factory "mount points"
